By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by ng77 (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies incorporated herein by reference, collectively forming a binding legal agreement between you and ng77.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the ng77 platform and close your account. Continued use of any ng77 service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the ng77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ng77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. ng77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where discrepancies are identified.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ng77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your ng77 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.
• Notify ng77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ng77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with these obligations. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — remains your legal responsibility unless you have notified ng77 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.3 KYC Verification

ng77 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to: a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card. Full withdrawal functionality will only be available to accounts that have completed KYC verification.

All financial transactions on ng77 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). ng77 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not facilitate currency conversion services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ng77 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. ng77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ng77 cashier interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ng77 balance immediately upon successful processing.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your ng77 balance.
• ng77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges for which ng77 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking business days for bank transfers.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering checks and KYC verification requirements.
• ng77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially suspicious.
• Funds must be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified ng77 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during identity verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ng77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ng77 content without prior written authorisation from ng77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ng77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ng77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses attributable to platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or telecommunications failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable account security practices.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or market data published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

ng77's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ng77's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Any unresolved dispute thereafter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
